Order Terms
These terms apply to all quotes and orders from Russo's Restaurant Equipment & Supply and Global Restaurant Superstore (together, "Russo's"). By signing a quote, paying a deposit, or authorizing us to place an order, you agree to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on the date of your quote applies to that order.
1. Payment Terms
The following payment terms apply to all orders placed with Russo’s. We don’t order equipment from the manufacturer until the required deposit is received.
Orders up to $10,000
Payment in full is due before we place your order.
Orders from $10,001 to $100,000
- 50% deposit before we place your order
- The remaining 50% is due 30 days after your order is confirmed or when delivery is scheduled, whichever comes first
Orders over $100,000
- 50% deposit before we place your order
- 40% is due 30 days after your order is confirmed or when delivery is scheduled, whichever comes first
- The final 10% is due on delivery
Late payments
Balances not paid by their due date are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month. Deliveries may be held until past-due balances are paid.
Net 30 accounts
Qualified customers can apply for Net 30 terms by completing our credit application. Approval is required before Net 30 terms apply to any order.
Early Payment Discount (Net 30 Accounts)
Customers with an approved Net 30 account may take one of the following discounts on any order:
- 2% if the order is paid in full before delivery
- 1% if the invoice is paid more than 15 days before its due date
Discounts can’t be combined, and they apply only to payments received by the stated deadline. Discounts apply to the merchandise total, excluding sales tax and freight.
2. Special-Order and Custom Items
For customers without an approved credit account, special-order, custom, and made-to-order items require payment in full before we place the order, regardless of the order total. This applies in place of the deposit schedule in Section 1. Customers with an approved credit account pay according to their account terms.
Once ordered, special-order and custom items are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer pricing, tariffs, or supply chain conditions. Availability is subject to stock on hand at the time of order.
4. Quote Validity
This quote is valid for 15 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated.
5. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged unless a valid resale certificate is provided prior to invoicing.
6. Credit Card Fee
A 3% fee will be added to all payments made by credit card.
7. Lead Times
Quoted lead times are estimates only and subject to change based on manufacturer production schedules, parts availability, freight delays, or other factors outside our control. Russo's is not liable for these delays. Where possible, we monitor lead times and may offer substitute products available from other sources.
8. Freight & Delivery
Freight quotes are estimates and may vary at the time of shipment. Any additional charges for liftgate, inside delivery, or redelivery will be billed to the customer. Inspect all deliveries upon arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
9. Storage Fees
Orders held longer than 30 days after being ready for shipment may incur a monthly storage fee of 3% of the total order value, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Warranty & Service
All warranties are provided by the equipment manufacturer. Russo's will assist in facilitating warranty claims but assumes no liability for manufacturer service issues or delays. For warranty or service issues, email warranty@russoequip.com.
11. Returns & Cancellations
Returns must be authorized in advance and may be subject to restocking fees, shipping charges, and manufacturer return approval. Special-order and custom items cannot be cancelled or returned (see Section 2).
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from a quote or invoice shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any legal action shall be the county in Florida where the Russo's store that issued the quote is located.
